This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Configure, maintain, and provide support for Workday HCM modules, which include Talent & Performance, Core HR, Time & Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Staffing, and BIRT/Reporting.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and offer support for Workday integrations across various enterprise systems.
• Create and maintain integrations utilizing EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Configure and assist with Workday Business Processes according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and functional issues within Workday, ensuring system stability and data integrity.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports as well as BIRT reports.
• Manage and support Workday security roles, domains, and security configurations.
• Upload and maintain Workday content, such as onboarding materials, questionnaires, and learning resources.
• Provide ongoing functional and technical support for existing Workday HCM solutions.
• Participate in system testing, release management, and production support activities.
• Adhere to ITSM processes for incident, problem, change, and service request management.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend best practices.
• Minimum of 6 years of total experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Extensive experience in the development and support of Workday integrations.
• Expertise in EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting and development of BIRT reports.
• Functional understanding of Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Employee Management Systems (EMS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with the configuration and administration of Workday Security.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and tools.
• Workday Certification is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a global environment with overlapping US/UK business hours.
• Preferred work schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
