Staff DevOps Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement automation solutions utilizing Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Power Automate, and Azure Automation.

• Develop and enhance Microsoft 365 Copilot experiences, including custom agents, plugins, and solutions through Copilot Studio.

• Build and manage Infrastructure-as-Code within Azure environments.

• Integrate Azure OpenAI Service into enterprise applications, focusing on RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and workflows based on LLM.

• Streamline Microsoft 365 administration on a large scale using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and the Graph PowerShell SDK.

• Collaborate with service desk, endpoint, finance, and HR systems teams to pinpoint and implement high-impact automation.

• Construct pipelines for automation artifacts leveraging Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• Apply responsible AI practices for production AI workloads, including evaluation and implementation.

• Document solutions and guide IT colleagues on automation and AI methodologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT engineering, cloud engineering, or an automation-focused role.

• Strong proficiency in PowerShell and familiarity with at least one of the following: Python, C#, or TypeScript.

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and administration of M365 tenants.

• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Slack, Power Platform, or Power Automate.

• Knowledge of RAG and LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases.

• Experience with SailPoint, Intune scripting, Proactive Remediations, or endpoint automation.

• Understanding of responsible AI practices and AI governance frameworks.

• Capability to translate business challenges into automated technical solutions.

• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize projects autonomously.

• Proven excellent troubleshooting abilities.
