Automation Engineer, Hubspot, AI Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications, workflows, and automation solutions utilizing LLMs and associated AI technologies.

• Create and sustain integrations between HubSpot, CRM systems, EHR platforms, business applications, and external tools through APIs and middleware solutions.

• Develop, test, and enhance prompts, workflows, and AI agents to boost response accuracy, efficiency, and overall user experience.

• Configure and fine-tune HubSpot Marketing, Finance, Sales, Service, and CMS hubs, including workflows, reporting, data management, and automation.

• Work in collaboration with marketing, finance, sales, customer service, and product teams to identify automation opportunities and convert requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Generate dashboards, reports, and data models to track performance, assess KPIs, and produce actionable insights.

• Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of AI and integration solutions.

• Uphold data quality, governance, security, and documentation across connected systems.

• Assess emerging AI technologies, integration tools, and automation best practices, providing recommendations for improvements as needed.

• Offer technical guidance and training to internal teams regarding AI, automation, and HubSpot functionalities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, systems integration, marketing technology, automation, or roles related to AI.

• Extensive experience with HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and workflow automation.

• Demonstrated experience in integrating business applications through APIs, web services, and integration platforms.

• Practical experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, or similar), prompt engineering, and AI application development.

• Proficient programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI, NLP, or machine learning frameworks.

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Flowise, Agent frameworks, or comparable AI orchestration tools.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, MLOps/LLMOps practices, and deploying AI solutions in production settings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a talent for converting business requirements into technical solutions.

• Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• HubSpot certifications and experience in supporting SaaS, healthcare, or highly regulated environments are highly desirable.
