This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Enhance the top-of-funnel experience by utilizing data-driven experimentation.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing teams on various initiatives.

• Define the technical approach within the Sign Up and Demo areas.

• Foster team development through mentoring and coaching of developers.

• Promote a culture centered on experimentation and continuous learning.

• Extensive experience in software development, particularly at a senior or staff level.

• Background in growth engineering or environments focused on experimentation.

• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Practical technical expertise with code reviews and making architectural decisions.
