This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive design processes for intricate, cross-platform projects.
• Establish scalable experience patterns and play a role in the evolution of systems.
• Facilitate alignment among product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct design reviews and contribute to elevating the overall quality of craft.
• Create interactive prototypes to confirm design direction and expedite decision-making.
• Ensure that accessibility and inclusive design principles are integrated into the work.
• Act as a reliable design partner to senior leadership.
• Promote team development through constructive feedback and effective collaboration.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience designing digital products for web and/or mobile platforms.
• A strong portfolio showcasing systems thinking, craftsmanship, and successfully launched digital products.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable impact for both business and customers.
• Extensive knowledge of UX principles, usability heuristics, and best practices in commerce.
• An exceptional sense for layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual cohesion.
• Experience in developing interactive prototypes and integrating motion design.
• Strong storytelling capabilities and senior-level presentation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders in complex organizational settings.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
