This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of the development, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of pertinent Power BI dashboards and reports that support marketing and commercial functions.
• Oversee Power BI data models utilizing ERP transactional data, Salesforce (SFDC), Eloqua, Datawarehouse, Big Query, Alteryx workflows, and other sources, ensuring precision, consistency, and timely updates.
• Create and refine dashboards to highlight actionable data.
• Lead the initiative to transition from fragmented data to the integration of additional marketing and sales data sources, providing a comprehensive data narrative from a unified reporting system.
• Automate manual processes and develop new eCommerce reporting views via Power BI to produce on-demand, reliable data reporting that generates business insights.
• Manage governance of the Power BI workspace, including access controls, dataset oversight, and documentation.
• Actively monitor dashboards to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing and eCommerce reporting requests, managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and present regular and ad-hoc marketing and eCommerce reports covering KPIs, campaign performance, pipeline and opportunity data, channel revenue, transaction share, customer adoption, retention, onboarding, and digital engagement metrics—preparing metrics for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Convert data from various platforms into coherent stories that support monthly and quarterly business reviews, including recommendations for campaign enhancements and investment optimization to increase marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing & eCommerce leadership, sales leadership, and commercial operations teams to provide actionable insights and reporting that ensure dashboards deliver insights addressing key business questions.
• Offer actionable insights into eCommerce performance across various channels, customer segments, regions, and business areas, highlighting customer adoption, channel shifts, and revenue performance trends that facilitate commercial decision-making and business growth.
• Establish trusted relationships with Marketing, eCommerce, and Sales leaders across the commercial organization.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions to comprehend the analytical needs of diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proactively inform relevant teams about data issues, report modifications, or insight alerts.
• Assist in automating and enhancing reporting capabilities to minimize manual effort and enable scalable, dependable, self-service reporting and on-demand business insights for marketing and commercial stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data and operations teams on Alteryx workflows that support marketing data pipelines.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of report logic, data sources, field definitions, refresh schedules, and governance standard operating procedures.
• Promote standardization and best practices in marketing reporting governance, workspace management, and marketing/commercial reporting processes.
• 6-8 years of experience in sales or marketing analytics, business intelligence, and marketing/commercial operations, preferably in Life Sciences, diagnostics, or scientific instrumentation.
• Proficient, hands-on skills in Power BI and data visualization tools, including working with database tables, utilizing DAX to manipulate and join data for calculated fields, measures, and tables, data modeling, and building dashboards tailored to various business audiences and technical proficiencies.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying trends, inconsistencies, and actionable business insights from complex datasets.
• Capability to convey insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, and Product Management teams at all organizational levels.
• Practical experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP as data sources, with an understanding of objects, reporting structures, and commercial data flows.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, preferably Eloqua.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital campaign tracking methodologies, including UTM structures, attribution logic, and standardized tagging frameworks to ensure accurate multi-channel reporting and performance analysis.
• Comfortable working with or alongside Alteryx for data preparation and workflow management.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with outstanding communication abilities to convey and influence clearly and professionally across global teams and stakeholders.
