• Design, prepare data, and conduct analyses to deliver RWE insights for biopharma clients.
• Extract insights from intricate real-world endpoints utilizing extensive coding, showcasing a thorough understanding of Natera's clinical and molecular data structures and complexities.
• Establish technical standards by applying advanced techniques in survival analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
• Seamlessly incorporate the practical use of Natera tools, including LLMs and agentic tools, into your daily workflow.
• Take ownership of communicating high-impact results to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams across product, oncology, clinical abstraction, medical, scientific, business development, and consortia to continuously improve Natera's data quality, product offerings, and analytical best practices.
• Actively identify gaps in existing products, ensuring that customer feedback is gathered and reflected in the Natera product roadmap.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of oncology clinical guidelines (e.g., NCCN) and evolving RWE methodologies.
• Advanced qualifications in epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, public health, or related disciplines, holding either a Master’s degree or PhD with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Expert-level knowledge in observational real-world healthcare data, particularly in the design and execution of complex time-to-event methodologies (survival analysis).
• Proven history of leading RWD analytical studies from initial scoping to publication or dissemination.
• Proficient in R and SQL, especially in utilizing statistical tools and packages.
• Experienced in applying machine learning, LLM-based coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Cursor), and agentic frameworks to facilitate data analysis, code review, or scientific documentation workflows.
• Commitment to maintaining good software engineering practices, including version control, modular coding, and documentation.
• Familiarity with code review processes.
• Experience serving as the primary technical liaison for biopharma clients, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate on study design and translate complex findings into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
