This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Create and present impactful analyses, dashboards, and reports to monitor marketing effectiveness, campaign ROI, funnel metrics, and consumer behavior.
• Design user-friendly, self-service visualizations utilizing tools such as Power BI to assist marketers in tracking their KPIs.
• Develop and sustain scalable data models, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of reporting.
• Act as a reliable analytics consultant for marketing leaders and channel owners, offering data-driven insights to enhance campaigns and programs.
• Assist in creating measurement frameworks, attribution models, and optimizing marketing mixes.
• Lead or engage in collaborative efforts with data engineering, digital, and product teams to guarantee that analytics solutions are scalable and meet business requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree (4 years or equivalent).
• Over 7 years of practical experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, or similar roles.
• Proficient in modern data architecture and data modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data transformation tools.
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or R.
• Demonstrated experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.).
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional projects and manage them independently.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing funnels, digital metrics, and campaign performance evaluation.
• Experience utilizing Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other clickstream data collection tools.
