This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize data to address a diverse range of significant business challenges, applying the appropriate level of technical complexity.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, PM, and Care Operations to jointly define strategies and implement them effectively.

• Create and implement robust frameworks and metrics to evaluate whether data products are functioning as intended and contributing to business success.

• Investigate operational and logistical issues, proactively identifying potential solutions.

• Oversee the design, execution, and assessment of descriptive and predictive models.

• Advocate for the adoption of LLM-driven workflows throughout the organization. Collaborate with Engineering to design architectures and develop production-ready systems that utilize agents in our core product features as well as tools that enhance developer productivity.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in resolving complex business challenges, with experience in deploying and maintaining Python in a production environment.

• Strong background in traditional predictive machine learning techniques (e.g., classification, regression, and tree-based models such as XGBoost).

• Extensive professional expertise in at least one of the following areas:

• Optimization: Skillfully formulating and solving intricate logistical and allocation challenges (e.g., linear/integer programming) within a business context.

• Agentic AI: In-depth technical knowledge in constructing, orchestrating, and establishing best practices for agentic systems (e.g., employing LLMs for autonomous decision-making and tool usage).

• Solid mathematical and statistical foundations, with a degree in a quantitative discipline (such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics) or equivalent professional experience.

• Capability to navigate product ambiguity, actively seeking clarity when necessary to ensure the right problems are being addressed and measurable outcomes are achieved.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a variety of non-technical stakeholders.
