📋 Description

• Oversee the operations of coding staff.

• Ensure adherence to SOW requirements, performance metrics, and quality standards.

• Distribute and balance the workload among coding personnel.

• Facilitate coding calibration sessions.

• Evaluate complex or unclear records.

• Track productivity and timeliness performance metrics.

• Collaborate with the QA Lead on performance trends.

• Assist in maintaining staffing continuity and activating surge support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in occupational coding or data processing.

• Preferred supervisory experience.

• In-depth knowledge of NAICS/SOC classification systems.

• Proven leadership and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
