This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the strategic lead for GTM data governance across Salesforce and related GTM systems.
• Establish and uphold governance standards for accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and associated revenue data objects.
• Create business rules governing field usage, required data, ownership, lifecycle stages, routing dependencies, and record maintenance.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Systems leaders to convert business requirements into scalable data controls and operational policies.
• Design and oversee governance processes for deduplication, normalization, enrichment, validation, and exception management.
• Enhance end-to-end GTM workflows by minimizing data friction in lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, customer lifecycle management, and partner operations.
• Diagnose root causes of data quality issues and drive solutions through process transformations, automation, user training, and system design.
• Collaborate with analytics and data teams to enhance reporting accuracy, metric consistency, and executive visibility.
• Set up monitoring and audit routines for data quality, adoption, and compliance with policies.
• Lead intricate cross-functional governance initiatives from gathering requirements to implementation and adoption.
• Identify and advocate for automation and AI opportunities to enhance data quality, decrease manual efforts, and boost operational consistency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership on data standards, governance trade-offs, and scalable operational practices.
• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, GTM Systems, or Data Operations roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading data governance, data quality, or process transformation initiatives in a rapidly growing environment.
• Extensive Salesforce knowledge, including Sales Cloud administration, reporting and dashboards, automation, data architecture, and governance.
• Comprehensive understanding of GTM business processes such as lead-to-opportunity, forecasting support, quote-to-cash dependencies, customer lifecycle, and partner operations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
• Clear experience managing third-party firmographic data solutions and related data enrichment, matching, and governance processes.
• Proven practical application of AI to address complex data governance and operational challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable business results.
• Demonstrated ability to balance governance rigor with business usability and efficiency.
