This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Amgen-sponsored clinical trials on a global scale, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of R&D Supplier Governance.

• Ensure effective governance and oversight of equipment and ancillary suppliers.

• Collaborate with senior management and partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to enhance processes.

• May require up to 20% travel, both domestically and internationally.

• Assess supplier performance and communicate performance feedback to internal partners and suppliers.

• Organize and facilitate supplier governance meetings, operating reviews, monitor key performance indicators, manage risks, and address issues.

• Develop and sustain relationships with key internal and external partners, including study teams, functional leads, procurement, quality, compliance, and suppliers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience.

• A minimum of 7 years of work experience in life sciences or a related medical field, including 4 years of experience in biopharmaceutical clinical trials.

• Familiarity with CE marking, 510(k) clearance, and other regulatory requirements for devices.

• Experience with customs (import/export) and logistics.

• Understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), FDA regulations and guidelines, and international regulatory requirements/guidelines.
