This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +10 more states.
• Employ sophisticated analytical methods to evaluate extensive datasets, derive significant insights, and deliver actionable recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of revenue operations.
• Design and uphold automated data reconciliation processes and quality checks to proactively detect and rectify discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of essential reports and dashboards.
• Develop engaging visual representations to effectively convey intricate data insights, making information understandable and actionable for a varied audience.
• Construct and manage data models to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies, aiding the organization in making well-informed strategic choices.
• Propel the automation of our business intelligence framework by treating dashboards and semantic layers as code, utilizing Git, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with multiple teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product, to understand business needs and provide analytical assistance.
• Spot opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytics tools to foster ongoing enhancement in data analysis capabilities.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field, with a preference for direct involvement in supporting GTM or sales analytics within a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, particularly in the realm of executive reporting and sales analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and practical experience in designing data models.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to codify, document, and reconcile critical business metrics, ensuring alignment of company-wide data.
• A solid history of establishing robust data quality and testing frameworks, including expertise in CI/CD and data observability.
• Excellent technical communication and mentorship abilities, with the capacity to explain complex concepts to a diverse range of audiences.
