RevOps Analytics, BI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the curated Cortex data layer utilizing dbt models and transformations from raw data sources to reliable tables.

• Design an adaptable transformation architecture for upcoming datasets and use cases.

• Establish and standardize essential business calculations, including ARR, pipeline, conversion rates, and forecasting.

• Create and uphold the semantic layer as the definitive source of truth for the company.

• Construct and manage official dashboards, metrics, and reporting on top of the data foundation.

• Convert GTM and RevOps inquiries into clear metrics, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.

• Develop a governed, documented curated layer alongside standardized revenue-metric definitions.

• Initiate official self-serve dashboards within the first six months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SQL with hands-on data modeling experience.

• Familiarity with dbt or a comparable transformation framework.

• Demonstrated expertise in dashboard and BI development, emphasizing clear, decision-making visuals.

• Strong aptitude for data visualization, including graphical and relational representations.

• Excellent metric-definition capabilities.

• Ability to manage the complete process from raw data to model, metric, and dashboard.

• Business-centric approach to converting GTM and RevOps inquiries into actionable data.

• Experience with BigQuery and modern data stack is preferred.

• Proficiency in Python for more complex transformations is preferred.

• Background in a GTM, RevOps, or commercial analytics context is preferred.

• Comfortable collaborating directly with stakeholders and presenting insights is preferred.

• Applied AI knowledge; candidates will be assessed on AI proficiency during interviews.
