Staff Architect – Senior Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +5 more countries.

• Mentor engineering teams, consistently enhancing their capabilities and empowering them to make high-quality autonomous decisions in software design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of hands-on software development experience grounded in strong core engineering principles.

• More than 3 years of experience in designing complex software architectures for a multi-stack environment (e.g., Java, C#, Python microservices, data analytical systems, AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, serving as a trusted partner to both Product Management and Engineering.

• A strong and disciplined approach to making architectural decisions.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Practical experience in designing data solutions across relational databases, distributed caching, replication, and enterprise search engines (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Redis, Elasticsearch).

• Experience in architecting on major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) utilizing containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Previous experience in pre-sales, technical discovery, or solution consulting is regarded as a significant advantage.

• Hands-on experience driving AI enablement initiatives and architecting autonomous AI systems is a strong plus.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper Intermediate level or higher; fluent in Ukrainian.
