Staff Appraiser – Valuations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver Desktop and Field appraisal reports in accordance with client specifications.

• Provide quality Review Appraisals and manage Quality Control escalations.

• Conduct quality control evaluations on intricate valuation reports.

• Diagnose, discuss, and independently resolve challenging quality control escalations with both field appraisers and lender clients.

• Support valuation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Residential/General Appraiser designation is necessary.

• A High School Diploma/GED is required; a college degree is preferred.

• Experience in appraising a diverse range of property types, particularly those common in your designated coverage areas.

• Adequate computer skills for developing appraisal reports and effective communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft software products.

• Capability to work independently.

• Dedication to the development of high-quality appraisal products.

• Interest in appraisal innovation and maintaining integrity.
