Staff and Senior Product Manager – Multiple Roles, Multiple Teams

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of your product domain from start to finish. Clearly identify the problem, draft comprehensible requirements, and motivate the team to deliver.

• Develop the product roadmap based on factual information rather than popularity. Leverage data, client insights, and market trends to determine what is significant.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams. Exceptional products result from strong teamwork. Advocate for straightforward, user-friendly experiences that clients enjoy.

• Allow the data to indicate success. Monitor appropriate metrics, engage with actual users, and continuously refine until the results align with expectations.

• Communicate difficult truths transparently. Guide the team, make tradeoffs apparent, and assist in making informed decisions swiftly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in launching products that resonate with users — encompassing both customer-facing and platform initiatives. You have taken charge of a product (or a significant portion of one) and are skilled at leading intricate, cross-functional projects without losing momentum.

• A strong inclination to deliver. We avoid prolonged discussions. The quickest way to assess if something is effective is to present it to clients — thus we ship, gather feedback, and refine.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage effectively with engineers — you can discuss architecture and tradeoffs, and you are eager to learn what you don’t yet understand to enhance decision-making.
