Staff AI Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop the shared AI infrastructure layer

• Promote adoption throughout all functions

• Create specialized agents for non-engineering teams

• Manage complex infrastructure challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid foundation in software engineering principles

• Extensive hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, or similar)

• Practical, production-level experience utilizing LLM APIs

• Direct experience with MCP or comparable integration frameworks

• Ability to design solutions for non-technical users

• Comfortable collaborating across different functional areas.
