This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Liechtenstein.
• Maintain the accuracy of accounting data by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Prepare journal entries to finalize accounts on a monthly basis.
• Reconcile designated accounts each month.
• Process invoices, secure approvals, and facilitate payments.
• Oversee the collection of tax identification information (e.g., Steuer-ID / VAT ID), assist in tracking contractor income, and ensure VAT compliance whenever applicable.
• Organize and keep vendor records up to date.
• Collaborate with auditors for both interim and annual audit processes.
• Provide essential documentation and assistance during audits.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards. Other Areas: - Ad hoc projects
• Cross-train and provide backup support for other team members as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting positions, focusing on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient with accounting software and business tools such as Sage Intacct, Zoho, Hubspot, Ramp, etc.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic work environment.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong focus on detail and precision.
