This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Analyze and assess financial data to uncover trends, inconsistencies, and overall financial performance.
• Create detailed financial reports for management, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
• Assist in the formulation of budgets and financial forecasts, while reporting any variances.
• Develop and sustain financial models to aid in decision-making processes.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements in processes and policies, and aid in their implementation.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to collect information, address issues, and provide financial insights.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience is necessary.
• CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial analysis.
• Experience in financial reporting.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Skills in budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
