Stablecoin Director, Digital Asset Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• This leadership position is essential for overseeing the daily operations of TruStage Digital Assets and involves participating in the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of the TruStage Stablecoin (the Program).

• In the capacity of Director of Operations, this role will manage the complete lifecycle of stablecoin operations, ensuring the scalable, compliant, and partner-enabled provision of digital asset capabilities.

• As a pivotal leader, this role will significantly contribute to the integration, management, and expansion of a wide network of financial institutions, fintech platforms, and technology partners to deliver cutting-edge stablecoin solutions.

• This position will also spearhead cross-functional collaboration and implement the Program’s partner ecosystem strategy to achieve quantifiable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 12 years of professional experience in operations, program leadership, or partner management.

• More than 3 years of operational experience with stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain-based payments, or similar regulated fintech industries.

• Proficiency in digital assets and blockchain technology.

• Proven leadership experience with the capability to achieve results through teams and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience in managing complex programs and mitigating risks within regulated industries.

• Strong knowledge of API ecosystems and integration strategies among technology partners.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate business risks, implement strategies, and drive measurable results.

• Solid financial acumen and business insight.

• Preferred: Familiarity with payments ecosystems, digital banking platforms, or lending systems. Experience with credit union or other depository institution operations. Proven track record in scaling blockchain or digital asset platforms. Experience in contract negotiation and partner pricing.
