This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Define the product infrastructure following architectural specifications;
• Ensure the resilience of the environment;
• Align and manage SLIs, SLAs, and SLOs;
• Troubleshoot application infrastructure by understanding, participating, and proposing solutions;
• Assist developers with application troubleshooting when requested;
• Lead initiatives in monitoring, logging, and automation solutions;
• Document the product infrastructure thoroughly;
• Engage in discussions around infrastructure capacity and cost;
• Analyze trends within applications;
• Drive the development of new solutions within the product;
• Participate in proof of concepts (POCs) and testing of new solutions;
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
• Deploy and create cloud infrastructure across Azure, OCI, AWS, and GCP;
• Request and follow up with on-premises infrastructure teams on infrastructure requests.
• Bachelor's degree (completed);
• Practical experience in developing technical solutions relevant to the specified technologies;
• Ability to comprehend system architectures and apply them strategically, focusing on performance, scalability, and alignment with business goals;
• Familiarity with distributed architecture, virtualization, and/or cloud technologies;
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems;
• Experience in managing cloud environments – Azure, OCI, AWS, and GCP;
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization;
• Understanding of Kubernetes;
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka and others;
• Comprehension of DevOps culture and principles;
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, and others);
• Experience in process automation utilizing industry-standard tools like Ansible/Terraform;
• Knowledge of shell scripting to aid in automation and solution development;
• Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and metrics analysis;
• Experience with business-oriented observability models, emphasizing both strategic and operational indicators.
