
Sr. Director – Medical Science Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of your region as an active MSL while developing and guiding our national field medical team.
• Spearhead the KOL engagement strategy and facilitate scientific discussions about the company's therapeutic pipeline.
• Organize and implement medical advisory boards, symposia, and clinical training sessions.
• Support the operations of clinical trials and collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to strategize for patient access.
• Design the strategic plan for major medical congresses and oversee medical booth presence.
• Deliver continuous medical and scientific training to internal staff, including field sales teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs is required, with 10 years preferred, within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
• Direct responsibility for: KOL mapping, KOL engagement, scientific exchange, advisory boards, medical insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Formal education and practical experience in Immunology and/or Inflammation (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD, or an equivalent scientific background is highly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to function in a highly external, travel-intensive position.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
• Strong grasp of Medical Affairs compliance and standards for scientific exchange.
