This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives) emphasizing value and participant engagement;
• Ensure ceremonies are conducted as per the schedule, fostering active involvement and alignment with each ceremony's goals;
• Oversee the rhythm, flow, and efficiency of delivery;
• Evaluate and monitor the team's agile maturity, encouraging ongoing enhancement;
• Promote collaboration, self-management, transparency, and shared decision-making;
• Facilitate both team and individual growth initiatives;
• Track workflow, lead time, throughput, and frequency of delivery;
• Assist the team in prioritizing customer-focused tasks and concentrating on high-impact deliveries;
• Contribute to developing a predictable, sustainable, and outcome-driven work environment;
• Identify and eliminate technical, organizational, or communication barriers;
• Aid in conflict resolution and foster a safe, collaborative, and productive atmosphere;
• Ensure that impediments are recorded, monitored, and resolved in a timely manner;
• Facilitate retrospectives and guarantee that improvement actions are executed;
• Promote continuous learning, experimentation, and Lean methodologies;
• Contribute to the advancement of agile culture throughout the organization;
• Monitor the team's agile metrics (lead time, cumulative flow diagram, work in progress, throughput, predictability);
• Prepare reports and assist managers and Product Owners with performance data;
• Utilize data to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and areas for team enhancement;
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on agile methodologies, practices, and tools;
• Support Product Owners, analysts, and developers in understanding their roles within the agile framework;
• Act as a coach to cultivate high-performing teams;
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields;
• Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies, leading sessions, and fostering collaborative dynamics across teams;
• Proficient in managing agile metrics, monitoring indicators, and leveraging data for continuous improvement and informed decision-making;
• Familiarity with feedback culture and continuous improvement practices that encourage development, learning, and team growth;
• Skill in conflict resolution and barrier removal, with an emphasis on mediation, negotiation, and solution-oriented approaches;
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams, supporting both the technical and behavioral growth of team members;
• Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and the Spotify model;
• Experience with agile methodologies, managing multidisciplinary teams, and tracking deliverables;
• A collaborative and communicative profile with a facilitative leadership style and a results-driven mindset;
