This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Drive revenue through partnerships and enhance SailGP's commercial presence within the APAC region.
• Lead the creation and implementation of a thorough sponsorship sales strategy.
• Identify, target, and secure sponsorship and partnership sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior-level brand marketers and decision-makers.
• Perform continuous market analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Work in tandem with activation and marketing teams to ensure high levels of partner satisfaction.
• Over 10 years of experience in sports commercial, partnership sales, or business development.
• Demonstrated history of successfully closing complex, high-value deals.
• In-depth understanding of the sports and sponsorship landscape in the APAC region.
• Established relationships with senior brand and agency contacts throughout APAC.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to work independently in a dynamic, global environment.
• Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
