This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You are the primary contact for technical support of the Mesalvo HealthCentre solutions in Oncology and Medication.
• You will analyze support cases, prepare them in a structured manner, and find sustainable solutions.
• You are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of customer databases and systems.
• You will assist with the implementation of projects as needed.
• You actively design and optimize our support processes and quality standards.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• You have experience in system administration (servers, cloud structures, networks, printers).
• You work customer-oriented, in a structured manner, and enjoy finding pragmatic solutions.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of databases (e.g., DBISAM) and SQL.
• You bring an understanding of interfaces in healthcare (e.g., SOAP, HL7, FiveRX, FHIR).
• Programming skills are advantageous but not essential.
