Speech Language Pathologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform remote evaluations and assessments for pediatric clients.

• Identify speech, language, voice, and/or swallowing disorders utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Create, revise, and manage personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver direct teletherapy services as clinically warranted.

• Oversee and collaborate with SLPAs, including reviewing session notes, progress, and treatment execution.

• Provide clinical guidance and feedback to SLPA personnel to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

• Work in conjunction with interdisciplinary team members to facilitate coordinated care.

• Educate caregivers and families on effective communication strategies and home practice.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Georgia licensure and payer regulations.

• Engage in team meetings, care coordination, and clinical consultation as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Georgia SLP license (mandatory).

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

• Preferably experienced in working with pediatric populations, particularly in early intervention.

• Prior school-based or pediatric clinical experience is highly desirable.

• Experience supervising or collaborating with SLPAs is preferred (training/support will be provided if required).

• Strong understanding of speech and swallowing anatomy, physiology, and developmental processes.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms for service provision.

• Excellent communication skills with families, assistants, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a remote caseload efficiently.
