This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a varied pediatric clientele.
• Identify issues and formulate care plans utilizing Expressable’s proprietary technology platform and clinical resources.
• Provide care that emphasizes measurable outcomes, education for caregivers, and active engagement.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and punctually, adhering to quality standards.
• Actively participate in required training sessions, communications, and compliance activities.
• Offer coverage for PTO and sick leave to guarantee continuity of care.
• ASHA Certification / Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and an individual NPI number.
• Virginia state license (or a commitment to obtain it before the start date).
• Reliable internet access and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• At least 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric environments.
• Experience in conducting assessments.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to independently learn new systems.
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.
