Speech-Language Pathologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and assessments for a varied pediatric demographic.

• Identify issues and create treatment plans utilizing Expressable’s proprietary technology platform and clinical resources.

• Focus on delivering care that emphasizes measurable results, educating caregivers, and fostering engagement.

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and punctually while adhering to quality standards.

• Actively engage in mandatory training, communication, and compliance activities.

• Provide coverage during PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• ASHA Certification / Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and a personal NPI number.

• MA state license (or a commitment to obtain it before the start date).

• Reliable internet access and proficiency with teletherapy platforms.

• At least 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric environments.

• Experience in conducting assessments.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems autonomously.

• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.
