Speech-Language Pathologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a varied pediatric population.

• Identify and create care plans utilizing Expressable’s proprietary technology platform and clinical resources.

• Provide care with an emphasis on measurable results, caregiver education, and active engagement.

• Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and punctually in line with quality standards.

• Engage actively in mandatory trainings, communications, and compliance responsibilities.

• Offer coverage for PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.

• Seek continuous professional development through mentorship, internal CEUs, and monthly Grand Rounds.

⛳️ Requirements

• ASHA Certification / Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) along with an individual NPI number.

• California License (or willingness to secure it before the starting date).

• Dependable internet connection and proficiency with teletherapy platforms.

• A minimum of 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric environments.

• Experience in conducting assessments.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems autonomously.

• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid demographics.
