This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Implement brand strategies and tactics to enhance sales performance in the field.
• Effectively oversee the designated territory and targeted accounts.
• Cultivate robust customer relationships and address customer needs to optimize sales outcomes.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing objectives.
• Formulate pre-call strategies utilizing SMART objectives and carry out post-call assessments.
• Address objections, misunderstandings, and concerns to secure a successful close on every sales interaction.
• Develop and implement call strategies to meet established call metrics.
• A bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant and equivalent industry experience is needed in place of a bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: three (3) or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical, health, or science sectors.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Demonstrates comprehensive scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge.
• Strong business acumen and adeptness with business tools are essential.
• Ability to influence others and foster collaborative partnerships is required.
• Must be able to generate impactful ideas for the broader organization.
