This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement brand strategies and tactics in the field.

• Oversee assigned territory and targeted accounts.

• Cultivate strong customer relationships.

• Achieve sales performance and meet or surpass financial objectives.

• Develop pre-call planning objectives and carry out post-call assessments to enhance sales performance continuously.

• Effectively address objections and clarify misunderstandings.

• Create and execute a call plan that meets established call metrics.

• Continuously enhance understanding of customer needs, territorial market dynamics, and competitor activities.

• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with assigned healthcare providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant equivalent industry experience is required.

• Relevant industry experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree must be at least five (5) years, with three (3) or more years in the pharmaceutical/health/science sector preferred, along with a high school diploma or GED.

• Demonstrated history of leadership success and strong presentation abilities.

• Strong business insight and proficient use of business tools.

• Possesses strategic and critical thinking skills.

• Proactively recognizes customer styles and behaviors, adapting the selling approach accordingly.

• Functions effectively within a matrix environment.

• Preferred: Proven success in sales performance within relevant therapeutic areas.

• Preferred: Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, including physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing.

• Preferred: Exhibits extensive scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge, recognized as an expert resource by all relevant stakeholders.

• Preferred: Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.
