Specialty Representative, Psychiatry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Implement brand strategies and tactics in the field

• Oversee assigned territory and target accounts

• Establish robust customer relationships and address customer needs

• Develop pre-call plan objectives and carry out post-call assessments

• Effectively manage objections and successfully close sales calls

• Create and execute call plans to meet metrics and enhance coverage

• Distinguish AbbVie’s value proposition with assigned healthcare providers

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience required

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience required if lacking a bachelor’s degree

• Preferred: Three (3) or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical/health/science sector

• High school diploma/GED required

• Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools

• Must possess proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written
