This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Implement brand strategies and initiatives in the field, managing sales performance while effectively overseeing the assigned territory and targeted accounts.
• Establish robust customer relationships and enhance the ability to address customer needs to optimize both short-term and long-term sales performance.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial objectives, and marketing goals to meet or surpass set targets.
• Develop pre-call planning objectives and conduct post-call evaluations to continually enhance sales performance.
• Skillfully manage objections, misunderstandings, and concerns, consistently driving logical and reasonable actions to close each sales call.
• Formulate and implement a calling strategy that meets established call metrics while maximizing coverage and frequency with key customers to enhance access and sales opportunities.
• A bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred; however, relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant and equivalent industry experience is necessary in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, with at least three (3) years of experience in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred, alongside a high school diploma/GED.
• Possesses extensive scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge, recognized as an expert resource by all relevant stakeholders.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen and proficient usage of business tools; exhibits strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Proactively identifies customer behavior and styles, swiftly adapting the selling approach accordingly.
• Understands and utilizes findings to formulate effective sales strategies.
• Proven success record in sales and strong presentation abilities.
• Functions effectively within a matrix environment.
• Documented achievements in leadership and support roles with increased responsibilities at the district, region, and/or organizational levels.
