This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Implement brand strategies and tactics in the field while effectively managing assigned territories and targeted accounts.
• Foster robust customer relationships and enhance problem-solving capabilities to optimize both short-term and long-term sales performance.
• Develop a pre-call plan utilizing SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations to ensure continuous improvement in sales outcomes.
• Create and execute a call plan that meets established call metrics, optimizing coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Distinguish AbbVie’s value proposition to the assigned healthcare providers.
• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred.
• At least five (5) years of relevant industry experience is required in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, with three (3) or more years in the pharmaceutical/health/science sector being preferred, along with a high school diploma/GED.
• A proven history of success in sales and strong presentation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, is required for all non-English speaking countries.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary, and candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving standards.
