This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee the overall performance within the designated region.
• Provide guidance to the sales team by fostering a motivational atmosphere, eliminating obstacles, nurturing team development, and establishing expectations for compliant success.
• Evaluate, adjust if needed, and authorize strategically focused, account-specific business plans.
• Arrange ride-alongs and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, call planning, territory management, relationship cultivation, and selling techniques.
• Collaborate with home office staff on marketing initiatives, targeting strategies, incentive programs, and sales training materials.
• Function autonomously within organizational parameters to meet objectives within established timelines.
• Work alongside cross-functional team members to reach milestones and defined targets.
• Promote team cohesion and maintain open lines of communication.
• Actively seek solutions, assist team members and colleagues, and collaborate across departments.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales management.
• Experience in Men's Health is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage and monitor complex referral and shipped product models along with non-open-channel distribution.
• Relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within the geographic area or nation are preferred.
• Proven track record in team development, including recruitment, training, motivation, and performance management.
• Extensive analytical experience to identify solutions and manage challenges or obstacles.
• Willingness to travel 70% of the time.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• High degree of integrity and compassion for others.
• Excellent listening and clear communication skills.
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license.
• Local travel is required; some overnight travel may be necessary, depending on the region.
• Strong understanding of nephrology disease states.
• Ability to drive new business and enhance nephrology relationships through consultative, data-driven engagement.
