šŸ“‹ Description

• Gathers and assesses all data in accordance with the program's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Facilitates coordination of services with the specialty pharmacy and the national account manager.

• Maintains regular communication with pharmacy personnel and manufacturer clients via phone.

• Delivers outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients; addresses customer inquiries promptly and accurately; escalates complaints when necessary.

• Offers training and support to colleagues across different departments.

• Ensures that transactions and processes adhere to organizational and departmental regulations; recommends improvements and solutions when appropriate.

• Resolves complex accounts independently and efficiently with minimal oversight.

• Displays a thorough understanding of intricate data-related issues.

• Manages complicated matters where the analysis of situations or data necessitates a detailed examination of various factors.

• Utilizes judgment to select appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results for pending shipments and incomplete data sets.

• Engages with key contacts beyond their specific area of expertise.

• Operates autonomously to establish methods and procedures for new or special projects.

• Undertakes related tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Maintains consistent and dependable attendance, including being punctual and prepared for scheduled work.

• Performs additional related responsibilities as assigned.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, reimbursement hub, physician's office, healthcare environment, and/or insurance sector is preferred.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Ability to foster productive working relationships, both internally and externally.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient negotiation skills.

• Excellent analytical capabilities.

• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• General understanding of pharmacy and medical benefits.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Focused on customer satisfaction.
