This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the promotion and sale of Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs across a designated geographic area.

• Engaging with Health Care Professionals, Office Staff, and Decision Makers through face-to-face interactions to advocate for the assigned Client product(s).

• Optimizing sales potential while achieving or surpassing all goals and objectives.

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with Health Care Providers by educating them on product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved indications to ensure suitable patient usage.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited institution, preferably with a focus in business, life sciences, or a clinical degree.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales, OR background in outside/field B2B sales, OR prior experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with existing relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory.

• A proven track record of measurable/documented sales achievements is preferred.

• Ability to plan, analyze, and respond to sales data within a designated geography.

• Strong and persuasive business communication skills with physicians and providers.

• Capacity to work autonomously while exercising sound business judgment and discretion, and to evaluate and tackle territory opportunities.

• Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is desirable.

• Proficient in business software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required—within a 2-hour radius from the headquarter city—with occasional overnight travel needed.
