Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative – Women's Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Responsible for marketing Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs within a designated geographic area.

• Delivering value through direct engagement with Health Care Professionals, Office Staff, and Decision Makers in face-to-face interactions.

• Promoting the designated Client product(s) effectively.

• Maximizing sales potential.

• Achieving or surpassing all established goals and objectives.

• Cultivating and sustaining relationships with Health Care Providers by informing them about product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved indications to ensure suitable patient application.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited institution, preferably with a focus in business, life science, or a clinical field.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales, OR field B2B (business to business) experience, OR previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or another clinical professional with existing relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned area.

• A consistent history of measurable/documented sales achievements is preferred.

• Proven ability to plan, analyze, and act on sales data within an assigned territory.

• Strong and convincing business communication skills with physicians and providers.

• Capability to work autonomously while exercising sound business judgment and discretion, as well as to analyze and address opportunities within the territory.

• Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred.

• Computer Skills: proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required, within a 2-hour radius from the headquarters city; some overnight travel may be necessary.
