Specialized Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Analyze and consolidate information related to Procurement, Sourcing, suppliers, and Supply Chain.

• Manage and analyze large volumes of data using advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Prepare reports, analyses, and monitor indicators related to suppliers and procurement processes.

• Conduct searches, cross-checks, and validations of information using advanced Excel tools and functions, including VLOOKUP.

• Identify inconsistencies, trends, and improvement opportunities from data analysis.

• Support the evaluation, monitoring, and management of suppliers.

• Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders to gather, validate, and analyze information.

• Solve operational and analytical problems in a structured and proactive manner.

• Communicate findings, results, and recommendations clearly and effectively in English.

• Maintain organized and accurate documentation of analyses and processes performed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of total professional experience.

• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing, Sourcing/Strategic Procurement, Finance, Supplier Management, or Supply Chain.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience using advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP.

• Advanced or very strong English skills, both written and spoken, are essential for interaction with international teams.

• Current residency in Mexico.
