This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend the specific job requirements and effectively align sourcing efforts with the organization's objectives.
• Crafting and posting appealing job advertisements on specialized job boards to enhance interest from targeted candidates.
• Timely reviewing and processing applications across all platforms.
• Employing various sourcing techniques, including online platforms, social media, and networking, to identify and connect with potential candidates who have the necessary skills and qualifications for niche positions.
• Executing traditional, innovative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies—such as mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and leveraging recruitment marketing—to cultivate and expand talent communities for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a constant and engaged pipeline of specialized talent.
• Interacting with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels to build rapport and interest in job opportunities.
• Conducting and delivering comprehensive and regular market research to comprehend industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, aiding in the formulation of effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Pre-screening candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting them to the hiring team.
• Providing market and candidate insights to business hiring groups while consulting on sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Actively promoting the employer brand to potential candidates, emphasizing the company's strengths within the specific industry and opportunities for career advancement.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other available tools.
• Keeping abreast of industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the effectiveness of talent sourcing strategies.
• Promoting diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from varied backgrounds and underrepresented groups, contributing to a more inclusive workforce.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the talent sourcing function and proposing innovative solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• High School diploma is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training and Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting is mandatory.
• A deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in specific industries or markets is essential.
• Proficiency in utilizing specialized sourcing techniques such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring teams.
• Strong research and market analysis abilities.
• Capability to handle candidate data with precision, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines and addressing niche recruitment needs.
• Aptitude for creatively tackling sourcing challenges and finding innovative solutions to attract specialized talent.
• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.
