This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Offer customers an overview of installation activities, specific site information, and access to relevant contacts.
• Address customer-related issues swiftly and appropriately, providing guidance and escalating concerns according to established protocols.
• Deliver software services, including pre-sales, post-sales, or service delivery support.
• Provide services, including tailored solutions for large enterprises, complex, or corporate accounts.
• Employ proactive monitoring procedures and tools to identify opportunities for problem prevention.
• Minimum of a Vocational/Diploma/Associate Degree in a technical field with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a Degree holder with 2-4 years of applicable experience.
• Proven experience in supporting the complete range of company products within the customer base.
• Comprehensive understanding of corporate policies, products, markets, and processes.
• Extensive knowledge of administrative or technical practices.
• Proficient in Field Technical Support skill sets.
• Familiarity with the designated company hardware system platforms.
• Knowledgeable about networking and all supported operating system platforms (e.g., company-UX, NT, Linux, etc.).
• Understanding of high availability system environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong abilities in building customer relationships.
• Capability to manage complex customer issues.
• Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure conditions.
• Skills in project management, analysis, communication, scheduling, controlling, and presentation.
