📋 Description

• Drive the compliance program at Santen Pharmaceutical and contribute to fostering a culture of compliance.

• Provide daily support to employees as business partners and offer necessary guidance.

• Obtain employee understanding and support for the compliance program and the mission of the global compliance team.

• Conduct routine and fundamental planning reviews, training, and advice regarding MR/SR activities in the assigned area.

• Participate in the creation of the annual activity plan for the team based on risk analysis.

• Advance the implementation and improvement of monitoring, verification, and corrective measures in your area of responsibility.

• Act as the guidelines officer for promotional activities related to medical product sales information provision, conducting monitoring, instruction, and training.

• Monitor adherence to fair competition regulations in promotional activities for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

• Regularly exchange information with branch and office managers in the designated area, providing advice and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in compliance-related work within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

• Knowledge and understanding of fair competition regulations for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and guidelines related to the provision of medical product sales information.

• A willingness to independently acquire knowledge of various related laws and regulations, while effectively performing routine tasks under supervision and consulting appropriately when needed.

• Strong communication skills to facilitate smooth operations.

• Ability to clearly and understandably convey the things that can and cannot be done, along with the reasons, while maintaining a problem-solving mindset and flexible attitude.

• Proficiency in IT tools: Basic skills in Word and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge and understanding of transparency guidelines (preferred).
