Specialist in Portfolio Management and Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships within assigned accounts across all business lines;

• Enhance customer success throughout the entire customer journey by proactively collaborating with Clicksign teams, identifying opportunities for expansion, and mitigating churn risk;

• Track and support customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and related metrics for the customer portfolio using available tools, recommending improvement actions as needed;

• Suggest and execute continuous improvement initiatives to elevate product experience and adoption, working closely with Clicksign Solutions and Product teams while sharing valuable insights;

• Follow up on and record customer inquiries through the official communication channels;

• Optimize the adoption of our solutions and services by showcasing best practices and creating initiatives aimed at fulfilling the customer’s desired outcomes;

• Oversee performance for complex customers regarding their use of products and services, monitoring customer success criteria and foreseeing potential challenges;

• Compile and present monitoring reports on key customer metrics as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the SaaS industry.

• Proficiency in using HubSpot.

• A commercial profile with a results-driven approach.

• Experience in portfolio expansion, including upselling and cross-selling.

• Comfort in negotiating with strategic clients.

• Ability to execute tasks promptly and prioritize effectively.

• Independence in decision-making.

• An analytical mindset paired with strong execution skills.

• A sense of urgency.

• Plus: experience in the financial sector or fintech operations.
