📋 Description

• The Specialist II, Credentialing plays a crucial role in assisting advanced placement learners entering their experiential learning course by addressing their final credentialing needs to ensure successful completion of the Experiential Learning (EL) program.

• This position serves as a key point of contact for Direct Focused Care (DFC), offering guidance on navigating credentialing systems.

• The incumbent will deliver outstanding customer service to a broader group of learners while aiding them in navigating the College Catalog, understanding credentialing systems, complying with requirements from the Center of Disease Control (CDC), and facilitating the purchase and completion of background checks and drug screens, fostering transparency and clarity regarding expectations throughout the program.

• Collaborates across different functions to support the onboarding process of credentialing for new admissions to the College.

• Assists learners in setting up their profiles within the credentialing portals.

• Reaches out to learners to help maintain and restore credentialing compliance.

• Conducts compliance reviews across multiple systems to perform audits and identify appropriate contacts and actions.

• Engages in additional training and compliance activities to enhance knowledge and understanding of credentialing processes and policies.

• Provides support to colleagues and learners regarding policies, procedures, and requirements necessary for experiential learning courses to participate in their on-ground experience.

• Contributes to the successful execution of other functional projects as they arise.

• A post-secondary education is mandatory.

• Proven experience in producing professional communication and correspondence is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver a high standard of customer service is required.

• Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
