This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the current financial and personnel processes of clients.

• Recognize areas with potential for optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous professional experience as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) in a tax advisory firm.

• Successfully completed advanced training as a Specialist Assistant for Digitalization and IT Processes.

• Proficient in DATEV online solutions.

• Familiarity with traditional DATEV programs (accounting, LODAS, tax software).

• Passion for process automation and the simplification of tasks through digital solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

• High initiative and self-driven.
