This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of uncharted territories. Act under the mandate of the CEO. Propel the initiatives that advance the company.
• Design Strategic Programs: Convert overarching objectives into MECE workstreams featuring distinct interfaces, accountable owners, and defined timelines.
• Leverage AI & Emerging Technologies: Discover and implement AI-driven tools and strategies to enhance execution and unlock solutions within your own tasks and broader workstreams.
• Ensure Execution with CEO-Level Precision: Manage initiatives from inception to outcomes. Set the rhythm. Maintain both high-level perspective and detailed focus without compromising either.
• Harmonize Stakeholders Across Various Levels and Functions: Influence without formal authority. Foster accountability through clarity rather than escalation.
• Convert Ambiguity into Action: In the absence of a playbook, create one. When priorities lack clarity, rank them decisively. When coordination falters, reconstruct the system.
• Collaborate Beyond Boundaries: Oversee projects that involve internal teams and external partners—vendors, regulators, and strategic collaborators. Align internal readiness with external dependencies.
• You possess 3–10 years of experience at a prestigious consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), in BizOps at a technology company, or in a high-trust internal strategy/Chief of Staff role.
• You think methodically, write with clarity, and communicate insights in a synthesized manner.
• You are not just a presentation creator; you are a system architect eager to see the results of your strategic thinking manifest in operations.
• You have successfully driven complex, multi-organization initiatives to completion—not merely advised on them.
• You thrive in uncertain environments, are averse to red tape, and are driven by direct involvement in decision-making and value creation.
• You don't require positional authority to lead. You earn trust and foster alignment through clarity, quality, and speed.
• Financial Well-Being: Our dedication to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive base salary and equity opportunities. Additionally, we provide a performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews to recognize and reward outstanding contributions.
• Physical Well-Being: We prioritize the health and wellness of our employees and their families by offering comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Your health is important to us, and we invest in ensuring you have access to quality healthcare.
• Mental Well-Being: We recognize the significance of mental health in enhancing productivity and maintaining work-life balance. To support this, we offer initiatives such as No-Meeting Fridays, monthly company holidays, access to mental health resources, and a generous flexible time-off policy. Moreover, we foster a remote-first culture that enables collaboration and flexibility, allowing our team members to excel from any location.
• Professional Development: Nurturing internal talent is a priority for Clover. We provide learning programs, mentorship, professional development funding, and regular performance feedback and evaluations.
• Additional Perks: Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offering discounted equity opportunities, reimbursement for home office setup costs, monthly stipends for cell phone and internet, a remote-first culture that facilitates collaboration with global teams, paid parental leave for all new parents, and much more!
