Special Operations Website Specialist – SpecOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Act as the main escalation point for intricate website and operational challenges.

• Collaborate with Website Performance Managers and Account Managers to address urgent dealer issues.

• Liaise with internal Support, Product, Development, and OEM teams to facilitate issue resolution.

• Oversee and assist with special projects, launches, migrations, and operational efforts.

• Diagnose website functionality, integrations, inventory, pricing, analytics, and compliance-related issues.

• Recognize recurring operational challenges and propose scalable solutions.

• Create and maintain operational documentation, workflows, and best practice guidelines.

• Support enhancements in communication and handoff processes between departments.

• Track trends in escalations and offer actionable insights to leadership.

• Serve as a resource for unique scenarios and non-standard dealer inquiries.

• Contribute to improving operational efficiency and minimizing unnecessary escalations across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital operations, website management, automotive marketing, or related areas.

• Strong comprehension of website platforms, digital marketing operations, and client support environments.

• Experience in managing escalations and coordinating across functions.

• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in project management, ticketing, and communication tools.

• Analytical mindset with robust troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multiple teams.

• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
