This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for intricate website and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Website Performance Managers and Account Managers to address urgent dealer issues.
• Work with internal Support, Product, Development, and OEM teams to facilitate issue resolution.
• Oversee and support special projects, launches, migrations, and operational initiatives.
• Diagnose issues related to website functionality, integrations, inventory, pricing, analytics, and compliance.
• Recognize recurring operational challenges and propose scalable solutions.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, workflows, and best practices.
• Aid in enhancing communication and handoff processes between departments.
• Track trends in escalations and offer actionable insights to leadership.
• Serve as a resource for edge-case scenarios and non-standard dealer requests.
• Assist in boosting operational efficiency and minimizing unnecessary escalations across teams.
• Support onboarding and training programs for new team members.
• Aid in QA validation and launch preparedness for large dealer groups or strategic accounts.
• Engage in process improvement and automation projects.
• Partner with leadership on operational reporting and workflow enhancement.
• Provide guidance and support during critical business events or emergencies.
• Contribute to special initiatives regarding OEM requirements, website compliance, and platform improvements.
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication during times of organizational change or expansion.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital operations, website management, automotive marketing, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of website platforms, digital marketing operations, and client support frameworks.
• Proven experience in managing escalations and coordinating across functions.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with project management, ticketing, and communication tools.
• Analytical mindset with robust troubleshooting skills.
• Capacity to work independently while collaborating with various teams.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
