Special Loans Administrator II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and analyze requests related to Special Loans functions while adhering to necessary investor and/or client protocols.

• Gather and review essential information required to process subordinations, easements, partial releases, assumptions, ARMs, buydowns, balloons, and other inquiries related to the Special Loans sector.

• Address inquiries from internal/external clients and/or borrowers concerning Special Loans requests.

• Offer support to the Special Loans Administrator I as required.

• Execute manual calculations with accuracy.

• Complete assignments within specified timeframes and standards.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• 2-4 years of experience in mortgage servicing, with a focus on special loans preferred.

• Familiarity with Black Knight mortgage servicing systems is preferred.

• Understanding of HELOC, SCRA, or Special Loans workstations is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organization.

• Ability to adapt productively to changes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
